font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Projekt \u00f6sszefoglal\u00e1sa<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny\u00fcnk negyedik alkalommal p\u00e1ly\u00e1zott az Erasmus+KA1 projekt keretein bel\u00fcl. 700 di\u00e1kkal a ker\u00fclet legnagyobb l\u00e9tsz\u00e1m\u00fa iskol\u00e1jak\u00e9nt.\u00a0 A tanul\u00f3k egy negyede valamilyen m\u00f3don kiemelt figyelmet ig\u00e9nyel, saj\u00e1tos nevel\u00e9si ig\u00e9ny\u0171, magatart\u00e1si \u00e9s beilleszked\u00e9si zavarral rendelkez\u0151k, Asperger szindr\u00f3m\u00e1s, autista.\u00a0 Sz\u00e1mos di\u00e1k a magyart, mint idegen nyelvet tanulja, \u0151k emiatt ig\u00e9nyelnek k\u00fcl\u00f6n figyelmet. Mivel int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny\u00fcnk mindig nyitott volt az &#8222;\u00e1tlagt\u00f3l&#8221; valamilyen m\u00f3don elt\u00e9r\u0151 k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u0171 di\u00e1kok befogad\u00e1s\u00e1ra ez a pedag\u00f3gusokt\u00f3l is szeml\u00e9letbeli \u00e9s m\u00f3dszertani meg\u00fajul\u00e1st k\u00f6vetel. Az elm\u00falt \u00e9vek p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatai is ezt a fajta szeml\u00e9letet k\u00edv\u00e1nt\u00e1k min\u00e9l sz\u00e9lesebb k\u00f6rben terjeszteni. Jelen projekt\u00fcnkkel ennek k\u00edv\u00e1ntunk keretet biztos\u00edtani, mivel \u00e9get\u0151en fontos a k\u00edv\u00e1nalmaknak megfelel\u0151en egy szeml\u00e9let\u00e9ben nyitott, meg\u00fajul\u00e1sra t\u00f6rekv\u0151 tan\u00e1ri h\u00e1tteret biztos\u00edtani. A v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokat, amelyek t\u00e1rsadalmi szinten egyre er\u0151teljesebben \u00e9s felgyorsulva \u00e9rz\u00e9kelhet\u0151k, csak naprak\u00e9sz m\u00f3dszertani \u00e9s szakmai tud\u00e1ssal felv\u00e9rtezett pedag\u00f3gus h\u00e1tt\u00e9rrel lehet eredm\u00e9nyesen k\u00f6vetni. Di\u00e1kjaink rendk\u00edv\u00fcl heterog\u00e9n \u00f6sszet\u00e9tele \u00e9s tanul\u00e1si k\u00e9pess\u00e9ge miatt is egyre nagyobb sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00e9t \u00e9rezt\u00fck annak, hogy tan\u00e1raink min\u00e9l sz\u00e9lesebb m\u00f3dszertani sk\u00e1l\u00e1val rendelkezzenek.<\/p>\n<p>A projektbe min\u00e9l t\u00f6bb r\u00e9sztvev\u0151t szerett\u00fcnk volna bevonni, els\u0151k\u00e9nt p\u00e1ly\u00e1z\u00f3kat, valamint az el\u0151z\u0151 p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatokon r\u00e9szt vev\u0151ket is.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A nyelvi k\u00e9pz\u00e9sen r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra fontos volt, hogy az egyre nagyobb l\u00e9tsz\u00e1mban megjelen\u0151 &#8211; a magyart, mint idegen nyelvet tanul\u00f3 di\u00e1kokkal \u00e9s sz\u00fcleikkel val\u00f3 kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3 sor\u00e1n az angol nyelvet hat\u00e9konyan tudj\u00e1k haszn\u00e1lni. A m\u00f3dszertani k\u00e9pz\u00e9sen r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k c\u00e9lja az volt, hogy az inkluz\u00edv oktat\u00e1s elemeit, lehet\u0151s\u00e9geit tanulm\u00e1nyozz\u00e1k, annak elm\u00e9let-gyakorlati aspektusait nemzetk\u00f6zi k\u00f6rnyezetben megismerj\u00e9k \u00e9s tapasztalatcser\u00e9re ny\u00edljon lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00fck. Fontosnak tartottuk, hogy a tan\u00e1ri eszk\u00f6zt\u00e1r b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re alkalmas, min\u00e9l gyakorlatiasabb m\u00f3dszerekkel ismerkedjenek meg a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k, amiket a tan\u00edt\u00e1si gyakorlatukba be tudnak \u00e9p\u00edteni, illetve a disszemin\u00e1ci\u00f3s tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gben sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben terjeszteni. A projekt c\u00e9lkit\u0171z\u00e9s\u00e9t meghat\u00e1rozva szem el\u0151tt tartottuk az elm\u00falt \u00e9v k\u00e9pz\u00e9si eredm\u00e9nyeit \u00e9s fontosnak tartottuk, hogy azon szakmai priorit\u00e1sok ment\u00e9n haladjunk, ami j\u00f3l szolg\u00e1lja az int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny meg\u00fajul\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s a gyakorlatias tud\u00e1st ny\u00fajt\u00f3, kompetencia alap\u00fa oktat\u00e1s meger\u0151s\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t is.<\/p>\n<p>A projektben 12 f\u0151 vett r\u00e9szt, szinte a teljes munkat\u00e1rsi spektrumot lefedve. A projektpartnerek sz\u00e1ma \u00e9s k\u00f6re meglehet\u0151sen v\u00e1ltozatos volt.\u00a0 6 k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 k\u00e9pz\u0151 int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny kurzusain vettek r\u00e9szt a p\u00e1ly\u00e1z\u00f3k, 6 k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 orsz\u00e1gban. A tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gcsoportok elt\u00e9r\u0151ek voltak. A nyelvi kurzusokon a nyelvi k\u00e9szs\u00e9gek gyakorlatias fejleszt\u00e9se t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt, a pedag\u00f3giai ig\u00e9nyeknek \u00e9s k\u00f6rnyezetnek megfelel\u0151en.\u00a0 Az IKT kurzusokon a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k megismerkedtek a modern m\u00f3dszertan \u00e9s a digit\u00e1lis technol\u00f3gia \u00f6sszekapcsol\u00f3d\u00e1s\u00e1nak lehet\u0151s\u00e9geivel.\u00a0 A k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 egy\u00e9b m\u00f3dszertani kurzusokon azok tematik\u00e1j\u00e1nak megfelel\u0151en kaptak k\u00e9pz\u00e9st a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k. \u00cdgy az interkultur\u00e1lis kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3, a szoci\u00e1lis k\u00e9szs\u00e9gek fejleszt\u00e9se a t\u00f6bb nemzetis\u00e9g\u0171 \u00f6sszet\u00e9tel\u0171 oszt\u00e1lyokban, a pozit\u00edv szeml\u00e9let\u0171 nevel\u00e9s, szeml\u00e9letform\u00e1l\u00e1s, a &#8222;mindfulness&#8221; technika megismer\u00e9s\u00e9n kereszt\u00fcl, a gamifik\u00e1ci\u00f3, mint inspirat\u00edv tanul\u00e1si m\u00f3dszertan,a b\u00e1bok haszn\u00e1lata \u00e9s jelent\u0151s\u00e9ge az oktat\u00e1sban,\u00a0 a pozit\u00edv gondolkod\u00e1s, kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3 tudatos haszn\u00e1lata az oktat\u00e1s minden szintj\u00e9re \u00e9s r\u00e9sztvev\u0151j\u00e9re kiterjesztve, az egy\u00e9ni, speci\u00e1lis ig\u00e9ny\u0171 tanul\u00f3k bevon\u00e1sa, aktiviz\u00e1l\u00e1sa a nem hagyom\u00e1nyos m\u00f3dszertani elemek seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel a tanul\u00e1si folyamatba &#8211; mind r\u00e9sze volt a kurzusokon megval\u00f3s\u00edtott tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9geknek.<\/p>\n<p>A kurzus minden r\u00e9sztvev\u0151je arr\u00f3l sz\u00e1molt be, hogy eredm\u00e9nyesnek \u00e9s inspir\u00e1l\u00f3nak tartotta az egyes k\u00e9pz\u00e9seket. Az egy\u00e9ni besz\u00e1mol\u00f3k, az el\u00e9gedetts\u00e9gi m\u00e9r\u00e9sek is azt mutatt\u00e1k, hogy a p\u00e1ly\u00e1z\u00f3k elv\u00e1r\u00e1sai \u00e9s az adott kurzusok k\u00e9pz\u00e9sei \u00f6sszhangban voltak. Az interkultur\u00e1lis kompetenci\u00e1ik fejl\u0151dtek. A nyelvi k\u00e9pz\u00e9sen r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k az el\u0151zetes \u00e9s k\u00f6vet\u0151 nyelvi m\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9nek \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edtott eredm\u00e9nyei fejl\u0151d\u00e9st mutattak. A m\u00f3dszertani k\u00e9pz\u00e9sek \u00e1ltal a pedag\u00f3giai munka sz\u00ednvonala emelkedett. Kapcsolatok sz\u00fclettek a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, nemzetk\u00f6zi \u00e9s hazai viszonylatban is. A kapcsolatok b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re, a disszemin\u00e1ci\u00f3s id\u0151szakban gyakorlati lehet\u0151s\u00e9g nem ad\u00f3dott, ennek egyik oka a fenn\u00e1ll\u00f3 j\u00e1rv\u00e1nyhelyzet volt.\u00a0 A k\u00e9pz\u00e9sek interkultur\u00e1lis jellegb\u0151l ad\u00f3d\u00f3an minden r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 nyelvi kompetenci\u00e1i, pedag\u00f3giai, m\u00f3dszertani k\u00e9szs\u00e9gei is jelent\u0151sen javultak. Ezeket az eredm\u00e9nyeket a napi gyakorlati oktat\u00e1si folyamatban is megtapasztalhattuk, illetve az int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyi \u00e9s int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyi k\u00f6r\u00f6n t\u00falmutat\u00f3 disszemin\u00e1ci\u00f3s alkalmakon is lehet\u0151s\u00e9g ny\u00edlt a kapott ismeretek, j\u00f3 gyakorlatok bemutat\u00e1s\u00e1ra, tud\u00e1smegoszt\u00e1sra. A projekt a tervezett c\u00e9lj\u00e1t el\u00e9rte, az eredm\u00e9nyek, a hasznosul\u00e1sok, mind egy\u00e9ni, mind int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyi szinten megfeleltek az elv\u00e1r\u00e1soknak.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our school has submitted Erasmus+ KA1 project for the fourth time as the largest primary school with 700 students in the educational district. Quarter of the students have special needs in plenty of fields such as SEN, asperger syndrome or autism. Several students learn Hungarian as a foreign language and so they need special attention. Our school constantly opened for the inclusion of students different from \u201ethe average\u201d, teachers need to be renewed in methodology and in points of views. The projects of recent years were to spread this belief. With the present project we wanted to provide a frame for it because there is great need for a background including open-minded and renewing teachers. The changes, felt deeper and quicker in the society, can only be followed by teachers owning up to date methodological knowledge. We also felt the ugre to make our teachers have a wider scale of methods.<\/p>\n<p>We wanted to involve more participants in the project, newcomers and participants of previous project sas well. For those who took part in language courses using English language while communicating with students of Hungarian as a second language and their parents was very important. The aim of participants of methodology courses was to get acquainted with the terms and elements of inculsive education besides getting to know its theoretical and practical aspects in an international environment while having the chance for changing experience. We found it important that the participants acquire methods suitable for widening teachers\u2019 tools and can be applied in teaching progresses along with being appropriate for spreading in a bigger circle during dissemination. Defining the aim of the project we kept in mind the results of the previous years and found it important to follow the professional priorities that serve the reformation of our school and strengthen the competence based education that provides students for practical knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Twelve teachers took part in the project covering the whole scale of educators. The number of partners along with their sources was varied. Our colleagues attended to six different institutions in six different countries. There was a various circle of activities. Practical development of language skills concerning educational needs and environments was tha task of language courses. Participants of IT courses got acquainted with the possibilities of connecting modern methods to digital technology. In other methodology courses participants got trained according to the course descriptions. Various activities such as intercultural communication, development of social skills in international classes , positive education, developing awareness, acknowledging mindfulness, gamification as an inspiring learning method, importance of using puppets in education, positive thinking, conscious use of communication on all levels and for all participants of education, involving and activating students with special educational needs using non-traditional methods were implemented.<\/p>\n<p>All the participants reported the courses as fruitful and inspiring. Individual reports and satisfaction surveys showed that the participants\u2019 needs and the courses corresponded. Their intercultural competences developed. The preliminary and the follower language tests of participants of language courses show improvement. The quality of education rose as a result of methodology courses. Connections evolved on a national and an international scale as well. There was no opportunity for the expansion of connections during the period of dissemination dew to the pandemic situation. Language competences and methodological awareness were improved by all the participants thanks to the intercultural courses. These results could be experienced, shared and acquired in everyday education and during dissemination events in our school and beyond.
